Central Air Conditioning Installation

A central air conditioner cools your home through the ductwork you already have, or through new ducts we install. We set the outdoor condenser, install or connect the indoor coil and link the two with a refrigerant line set.

Heating & Cooling

Heat Pump Installation

A heat pump moves heat out of your home in summer and into it in winter, using one outdoor unit for both seasons. We install the outdoor heat pump, the matching indoor equipment and the controls that switch between modes.

Furnace & Heating System Installation

For homes that rely on forced-air heating, we install furnaces and connect them to your supply and return ductwork. Furnaces can also be paired with a heat pump or a central air conditioner for a complete system.

Ductless Mini-Split Installation

Mini-splits are a practical way to heat and cool rooms without ductwork, such as additions, garages, offices or older homes. A compact outdoor unit connects to one or more wall-mounted indoor heads.

Rooftop & Packaged Unit Installation

Packaged rooftop units hold the full heating and cooling system in one cabinet. We install them for shops, offices and commercial buildings, and connect them to the building's power, controls and ductwork.

Ductwork carries conditioned air to each room and brings it back to the system. We install new ducts, extend existing runs to new rooms and adjust connections when equipment changes.

When it is time to replace an older system, we remove the existing equipment and install the new system in its place, reusing what can be reused and updating what needs to change.

HVAC installation questions

What should I tell you about my property first?

Let us know the property type, roughly how many rooms or floors need heating or cooling, what system is there now (if any) and whether you have existing ductwork. Photos of your current equipment are helpful too.

Do you install systems in homes without ductwork?

Yes. Ductless mini-splits are designed for spaces without ducts, and we can also discuss installing new ductwork if you would prefer a central system.

Can you replace only the outdoor unit?

Sometimes. Whether a partial replacement makes sense depends on the age and type of your indoor equipment. We will look at both sides of the system and talk it through with you.

Do you work on commercial buildings?

Yes. We install rooftop packaged units and split systems for commercial properties, as well as multiple systems for apartment and townhome buildings.
